Horrible bussiness model

Accidentally double booked a car rental. Hotwire won't refund my money even thou its for the same vehicle same date and it was was obviously a mistake. Customer service is heartless and robotic. 785 dollar lesson learned. I know it won't make much of a difference but they lost me as a customer. User's recommendation: Try your luck with another agency. I know they are all the same but I confirmed this one won't help at all. Even if you make an honest mistake.
