Funds pending needing released

Two weeks ago I used a prepaid card to get a hotel room through your hotwire app, and when I did that you guys held the funds of $242 but did not give me a confirmation or a reservation. Im highly upset because thats $242 that I cannot use and havent been able to use for two weeks I would really appreciate you releasing my money now because I really need it for bills I will be highly pissed off and not use you guys ever again if I do not get my money returned today Ive been waiting for two weeks. User's recommendation: Not to use hotwire.
