Remaxx listed my house and that was it ... no follow up, no open house, nothing. there promises of selling ANY house guaranteed is all hype, smoke and mirrors. 67 days wasted. Excuses after excuse. Yes it is a dated house but it was priced according and their determination. I believe it was ignored because the commission was not going to huge it is a modest house in a modest area so the commission would not 50, 60 or 70 thousand dollars. so if you house is not in a expensive area and in pristine condition forget this real estate company. Don't believe their T V or radio commercials or their billboards. I needed to sell my house fast and they just wasted my precious time. Forget them anyway
