Duplicate order cancelled within 2 hours

When placing an order my phone rang and I answered the call. I couldn't find my original order and started the order process again. I received to confirmation and realized it was a duplicate order. I called immediately and cancelled the order. Today I received a email stating that they could not cancel the order because it already shipped. The order was still processing. I have had no confirmation of a ship date. I find it very difficult to believe that it shipped that soon. I am beyond disappointed because I have ordered several things recently from Overstock. My husband just passed away a week ago and now I have to deal with 2 coffee tables. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed in Overstock. User's recommendation: Beware of their cancellation policies.
