Update by user Jul 16, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Original review posted by user Jun 15, 2021 I got this unfair email from you (arnonmosko@***.com) asking me to ask the airline for a refund. So, bravofly has it backwards. Bravofly and only bravofly can and supposed to refund my money. I paid bravofly, hence bravofly must refund me without further delay. I spoke to ElAl, which said bravofly cannot expect me to get the refund for that very reason. But Your respected company acting as an agent, should give them a call at 972-*-*******, choose agent extension, let the airline know of my TICKET NUMBER starting with 114 A number was never made available to me upon or after booking), request and thus get my refund and then to pay me back User's recommendation: I will see how things develop after this incident, where bravofly attempts to avoid from refunding me properly. So if i will have troubles getting my money back I will react in one way (posting on social media, lawsuit, advising to mot use bravofly) but if if the attitude will change and this agent will get me my full refund to my credit card within days, i will recommend that agent to others. Thanks.
