I have purchased one igear UV disinfection bag through AMWAY vide invoice no. 80675TG20089**** dtd 25.1.21. It has become inoperative since 10.6.21. I raised complain but igear company closed the complain by saying that the order is not booked by me. But I have the original bill having my name. Hence you are requested to solve the problem as early as possible as it is in the warranty period.
