For Christmas 2019 I requested a new pair. *** developed in the left shoe's toe in about 6 months. So, for Christmas 2020 I asked for another pair, assuming the developed hole was an anomaly. This, 2nd pair, left shoe toe has developed *** in the same place. I tried to send you a picture but this website will not support picture transfers. I am sincerely disappointed in the obvious quality issue with your Coquette brand slippers. My daughter, who gave me both pairs assured me that she paid full retail price for both pair of these slippers. What is your recommendation?
