I purchased 2 - $200 pillows and found them to be terrible. When I tried to return them store would not do so. Also purchased a $3000.00 mattress and bedding. Total bill over $4000.00. This is a terrible company and their customer is also terrible. Unable to reach by phone with every call taking 30 minutes and quality of call terrible when they finally answered. I for one will never deal with this store again. User's recommendation: Please stay away and find a better place to shop..
