Refusal ro close account

I emailed a request ti vitamin shoppe 2 times requesting that my account be closed. Each time I was lied to. They never closed my account. I checked recently and after 18 months my account remains open. They are a ripoff and keeps peoples infirmation.DONOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. User's recommendation: Never open an online account with them or any account with them!
