Mistaken payment

My account has been mistakenly charged £59.99 for the premium account. I was signed up for the premium account without my knowledge. Im more than happy to pay the £9.99 standard subscription fee if you could please refund me the remaining amount as I did not intend to sign up for premium. User's recommendation: Make sure you are not getting mistakenly charged for premium.
