Registered for Zumba Basic 1 training. Put the training on hold due to a torn ligament injury. Try to take the training 3 times and had to put on hold for the injury didnt heal. Finally decided to cancel on line. They deduct 75.00 out of the 225.00 I paid . This is 30% of the fee I paid for the whole course. Clearly an absurd fee to charge for a cancellation. If you try to do over the phone an additional $15 dollar fee is charged. This fee is not on the contract and I am seriously thinking about contact Better Business Bureau. I wish I had read the reviews before I sign up for training with this company. Course registered was Zumba Basic 1 in Canada.
