There was no question whether or not my built-on microwave was covered. They even acknowledged it. It took months and several calls to get a tech to be assigned to my issue. The company tries to skate by getting items taken care of. Even with me paying the service fee of $75 up front. User's recommendation: try another warranty company!!!
