Had made a purchase of two items (cream) from the lookfantastic India online portal on the 26th of April 2021. The items were supposedly to be delivered on the 18th of May 2021 (latest) its been more than a month plus, item not delivered. No call back facilities, no grievance cell to immediately respond, no live support either. Horrible. Beware of them. User's recommendation: Beware of Lookfantastic India!!!!
