my phone (1-44*-***-****) is completely broken. I can't make or receive calls. I also cannot send or receive texts. the phone just constantly keeps flashing different screens from the moment i turn it on until i turn it off. I have not dropped or harmed my phone in any way and i cannot understand why the phone is doing this!! I have MANY medical problems and it is necessary that I have a working phone at all times!!! I would GREATLY appreciate it if someone would contact me and let me know what can be done about this!!!
