I have a Samsung A10 e that I got rough Virgin mobile now Boost mobile. I have it had it for awhile and only use for emergencies and to call out the other day someone tried to call me and and all I heard was Gd awful loud music The calls automatically go to voice mail have no way to answer it . I have tried contacting Boost bo5h by phone an online chat and I am really not getting help they can not or sdo not know what to do User's recommendation: do not go to Boost mobil and expect any real help.
