Unfair cell phone account cancellation by Tracfone

I was on a call with my sister when my new Samsung Galaxy cell phone clicked off. For nearly a week I tried repeatedly to find the reason through the Tracfone customer service chatline and customer service phone. Apparently there were problems with the activation transfer from my previous Tracfone to my new Tracfone cell phone. I couldnt understand since I had been using my new Samsung Galaxy A10E cell phone for nearly 3 weeks without any problems! I kept being asked about IMEI and PIN numbers, and passwords from my older cell phone that I no longer had! I decided to return the new Samsung phone to Tracfone for a refund, and purchased the same cell phone at Walmart along with a new provider Boost Cellular. I decided User's recommendation: Keep records of all cell phone numbers and passwords especially if you have or currently have cell phone accounts with Tracfone!
