I bought 4 new Bridgestone tires and have them installed.when I go to pick up my vehicle he tells me there is a little vibration in one of my wheels and I need a upper ball joint.I go to my mechanic and he tells me the vibration is because u have a defective tire and you dont need a ball joint.so o take my car to Big 4 tire and they road force balance all my tires and the still get a vibration.they said I have a defective tire.I take it back to Mavis in Westernlights and he calls himself re balancing that one wheel and its even worse.I can go back to him because it is a waste of my time.All I want is an User's recommendation: Don’t go to westernlights!
