Hi, I am from Guwahati, Assam, India. My Playstation 5 is having problem with it's CD drive, CD cannot be inserted in it. It's been more than 3 months since I requested for repair of my Playstation 5 in the service centre(Techshop) but still no action or response have been made by your service centre. They told me that I will get an replacement for my Playstation 5. I have had patience till now but I can't wait any longer. I need you to look in this matter and take necessary action ASAP.
