Could never establish a phone connection,

Notified the company the day we tried to connect the service, Emailed them for help and solution, no success, Notified them that we are terminating the service, they keep billing my account now foe 3 months, even though we do not have a working number, There is no phone contact number to talk to a customer service representative. User's recommendation: Do not sign up with that company.
