Fraud Delivery

I received a parcel at 1.40pm today and your delivery guy insist that I have to pay and cannot open the parcel to check first as I told him I din order anything. I paid and called your customer service immediately. I have mentioned that I did not purchase the parcel . There is alot of stickers on the parcel which I think this is a fraud parcel. Your customer service say can refund but need my bank account number . I do not feel comfortable providing it as she has verified my name, contact, email and address. I will demand for a cheque refund or cash refund and take your parcel back since Ninjavan has been going up and down out block quite often. I may reserve my rights to bring to police that your delivery is trying to earn extra cash on this fraud.
