I ordered an item #168**** on 1/28, on 2/10 I checked the status of item , they concelled, without notifying me, I sent an email , on 2/12 $53.91 was to be refunded to my debit card, no refund as of yet, I have called, sent emails ,, but still help I have not received my $53.91, Please refund, This is Not good customer service, why do I have to keep asking pleading for what is mine.
