Update by user Aug 05, 2021 Still nothing from fitbit, I even asked for the less expensive Versa 2, no deal. So I bought a Garmin and it works perfectly. I will never buy another fitbit. Fitbit had me do numerous resets to no avail. They finally replaced my Versa 3 with another Versa 3, and it has been even worse.
