Versa 2 issues
I have contacted customer support multiple times now making them aware that my Fitbit is not properly tracking my heart rate or other workouts. Using heart rate sensors at the gym I can see my heart rate is nearly 150bpm where my versa is saying I am at 70bpm, which is below my normal heart rate. I have tried every factory reset and made every attempt with customer service to rectify the issue. Please just send me another one without issues before I switch back to an Apple Watch.
