HR not working on my fitbit

Hi the HR feature has stopped working on my fitbit. I have tried all the tricks online restarting, syncing it etc. I've been trying this for 2 days straight. I got to the point where I updated then even reset the factory settings and it's still not working. My fitbit versa is still under the 1 year warranty. Please help.
