I was told I could speak to someone and it didnt happen. I have limited vision and cannot go through all the hoops you want me to just to talk to someone to see what the equivalent printer to my OfficeJet Pro 8600 would be?? Why cant I talk to somebody please.Printer is dead it is not fixable and I cant buy a new printer without knowing what the equivalent to the one I have would be as this one was really good for over five years. User's recommendation: Can’t recommend as I’m not getting the service I require.
