Beneficiary update on Life policy

Original review updated by user Jun 04, 2021 Have been trying to get a simple update on one of my life insurance policies for over 6 months. Made over a dozen calls including supervisors with no success. Sent a overnight document with signature required and still no responses. This is the worst company ever. Please do not buy any policy from them as they are impossible to work with NO CUSTOMER CARE User's recommendation: Do Not Buy anything from Prudential.
