My husband set up a new online account for both of us and your system failed to work for my prescriptions. He called to get help and they refused to help. The first person had a bad phone line and he could not hear them, the second person hung up on him, third person was beyond nasty. He asked to speak to a manager and they refused that too! This is not customer services and it is not kindness. It would have taken someone two minutes to look up the trouble code and reset something or close the account so we can open it again. All we wanted for some one to fix your errors so the account can be set up and we can track prescriptions. This was an unnecessary hassle. User's recommendation: Do not use CVS.
