I am still to this day has been waiting to receive my refund for Securus technology when I made my payments to the Hamilton County Justice Center for the phone calls I no longer needed that service I requested my money back over a year ago and I still have not received it I talked to other customers that signed up for the same thing they requested their money back and they've been waiting longer than I have they take your money off your card so quick why is it so hard to give it back to you User's recommendation: Do not use this company if you have a choice they take your money and you will never see it again I am not going to stop until I receive my refund.
