My order went through twice

Original review updated by user Aug 12, 2021 I ordered one pair of sneakers and it didnt go through so it took me back to the page where my card information and address was so I did it again and it went through, and when I checked my cash app card it said it went through twice, Ive been trying to get in contact with this company for hours before my order go through fully! I just want my money back atp because Im bout pissed right now they need better customer service!!
