Error in my wireless billing account

Error with my wireless billing account. This is the fourth time, the trade in allowance from our (Phones ) has been taken off our billing. Charged EXTRA fees this last four months. Since we purchased four Phones last November 2020, we had been back to ATT store nine times plus numbers time calling with customer service. We had phone dropped,I watch error billing, service disconnected, no phones discounted, no trades in allowance, one phone had to restart service but cancel trade in, extra fees.
