Defective Phone

Got a new phone and it was defective. They put two phones on my account. I have called 5 times and then they send me a bill after two weeks of service and expect me to pay a bill for not even having service for the billed days? Two weeks after dealing with this I called there customer service and spent 1.5 hours on the phone and was transferred 5 times then they send me a refurbished phone. User's recommendation: Don't give them one cent. There a fraudulent company.
