Poor reception

Constantly losing signal now for weeks 6 to 7 times a day. Freezing and pixelation on regular basis. I want a credit on my bill for poor service. I have rebooted system and nothing changes. My $147 per month is the highest bill I have had w/ATT and I downgraded to Uverse 200 and have only HBO. I am a good customer and demand a credit or better rate. If not I will leave ATT
