My Freezer replacement

Sear came out to do a maintenance check on my freezer that went out a couple of days before they arrived. I lost food. The technician was from a third party. The freezer need freon that wasn't uses anymore. That technician put in for a replacement. After weeks I received a new freezer, put my food in it to only have it to spoil. Called technician came out and ordered a fan. Called when the part arrived and that technician put it in only to discover it was not the fan. It was a problem he could fix. He said someone would call and didn't. From February to present all I have gotten is the run around and a freezer that doesn't work. ndo Notot User's recommendation: Do Not by the Cap Plan. Now that they have gone out of business, the are no longer reliable and very hard to get help.
