Replacement refrigerator

I purchased a replacement refrigerator in November 2020 from Sears Outlet/ American Freight in Oceanside. My new refrigerator stopped working May 24th, Its still under factory warranty but I also have the Sears Master protection plan on it, I was told to contact them for a quicker response, not the case. I purchased a GE Café, Sears has it as a Kitchen aid.so finally when I did get the technician out on June 3rd, he wouldnt do any work or even diagnose it because he was given the wrong information. After multiple attempts issue unresolved S User's recommendation: Don’t buy from Sears.
