My item was delayed by the wrong label being sent to me and nobody accepting it at several shops. The parcel then arrived the customer disbuted it saying a missing piece, we decided to deal with it privately although she hhad already protested it. I sent the missing piece but she was able to cancel the whole thing and keep the item and get her money back! Thanks Vinted what a horrific company. Thief got away. User's recommendation: Don't get involved.
