Inaccurate billing, incompetent customer service, broken website

They cannot bill the correct insurance o save their lives, they do not have accurate bill posting on the link through your customer site - it is actually hosted on another site, which is a mystery - so you have mystery bills you try to pay to no availa - and hten after no giving you options to pay the bills they have finally corrected after five attempts to FIND them - they send bills to collecitons, only to admit their mistake, pull them back from collections and then send them through to another billing service that does not show as a medical service and will not accept payment from an FSA card. MIND-BLOWING INCOMPETENCE. User's recommendation: Ask your doctor NOT to use Quest - the backside hassle for patients is unacceptable. Mine had so many patients complain she dumped them. SPEAK UP.
