My husband was recently put in a nursing home. I received a bill from Quest for over $650 dollars done at the facility. Quest is not covered by his insurance. Knowing that this was a basic lab panel and quite overpriced having worked in the industry previously, I called to explain our situation and negotiate a lower rate and was told I have no options but to pay. User's recommendation: go somewhere else if you can.
