So I recently had my first experience with Quest Diagnostics, and lemme tell ya, I see why almost every employer chose to us Seacoast Redicare before this time. Quest Diagnostics had terrible customer service. I called about a dozen times, and every single time, their automated voice messaging system lagged and froze, leaving me with no option other than to hang up after 20 minutes of already listening to Siri over the phone. Then, I finally learn you can make an appointment online, and guess what happens...the *** website didn't work hahahahaha. This place needs a serious upgrade to their phone system and website. User's recommendation: Go Somewhere Else.
