I have been to this Quest before and liked it there. Very clean. I was the only one in the waiting room. Receptionist on her cell phone ignored me. Finally I asked if she needed my insurance card which I already entered on line. She said yes. Took my card and said we dont take this insurance. I said my insurance company said I could go anyplace. She was extremely rude and put a plastic placard in front and said read this. It was about Keystone Mercy (Medicaid). I said I dont have that insurance. I have BC/BS Personal choice 65. She said again we dont take Keystone and told me to go to Lab Corp. This was in Folsom,Pa 19033. I will never go back there. I have never seen anyone in Drs office, lab, or hospital that treated a patient like that.I went to the hospital and had it done.
