I continually receive pop-ups soliciting me to purchase Malwarebytes annual subscription. I want to purchase the "Annual" subscription, however as I sign up for the subscription, I reach the clause that ai have to agree to "I must agree to "Automatic renewal". That is when I stop signing up for the annual subscription. I want to remain in control of my online subscriptions and make the decisions of renewal. I understand why you as the provider (aka seller) want to automatically renew, however, there is an opposite result because that clause (auto-renewal) is also losing subscriptions that you would otherwise receive. User's recommendation: Be aware that the company is attempting to bait you into an automatic full priced subscription for year to year. As to the product they are providing, I consider it is a good product however the marketing provides a view that it it somewhat questionable.
