Cancellation of an order

It has not been more than an hour since i placed an order for a recliner with you! This is a multiple attempt at cancelling this order! My husband just came home from radiation and the news we have recieved is PREVENTING ME from ordering this chair! PLEASE CANCEL my order! User's recommendation: this company is not sensitive to their customers circumstances! They only care about their bottom line! I placed an order and immediately had something else happen that effected my finances and I was told I could not cancel an order! This is so i am sure they can keep the shipping fees! Never mind my unfortunate circumstances that happened! SHAME ON BRYLANE!
