Update by user Jun 15, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. I had to call over and over again because thy gave me a gift card that I did not want. Finally they refunded it all.. Update by user May 16, 2021 I made a mistake on what I wanted back. I want a full refund not to mention they charged me an extra 13.00 to ship it. plus I want the 9.99 they charged me to return it. I havent heard anything from the company and I called them twice and left a message . No one called...
