I had to extend my booking in oyo in Belgaum location with oyo 23051 surya yatri niwas on 10th may. I called customer support. One female executive was on call..she sent me so many links to make payment via paytm payments bank I tried all of them, one of the payment was successful but no booking id was generated. I made payment of 1337, but it went waste because booking id was not generated against it User's recommendation: Will never ever book through oyo customer support nor will i recommend anybody.
