I sent my phone for fixing last august than the company said they fixed and sent it to me, but the phone for some reason was returned to them and never reached me. So when I complained they said they lost it, and they will send me a replacement and till now nothing has happened, and they NEVER reply my messages at all. I sent lots of messages and as if they blocked my email. I need my phone back, or they need to pay me the price. They are the worst ever. User's recommendation: NEER buy Ulefone.
