The teeth fell out of the razor part after 2 uses. It scratched my husband's head. It makes a weird noise and is not doing the job of cutting hair. I have contact Amazon and they have referred me to you for a warranty. User's recommendation: Do not buy! Except that I am getting a replacement and hoping it works much beer.
