I have glue onthe windows that I bought and two have broken child latches I was told the new parts would be sent to a technician the tech never got them because they were never sent know it is going to take another 4 weeks to get the parts again and in the mean time they wont let a technician come out to take the glue off until the new parts come which now will be 8 weeks after purchase they told me to take the glue off myself but they dont want to pay me for doing thier work Poor workmanship And lack of qquQualityqualitycontrol User's recommendation: Don’t buy from jeld-wen.
