Missing stays

Good Evening, Been Trying to call the call center And been on waiting line more than 30 min with no answer And try to claim for missing stay through the form and no answer I have some missing stay.. i didnt get either nights or points 1st one was staying at the The St. Regis Almasa Hotel, Cairo checked in 3rd AprilThe St. Regis Almasa Hotel, Cairo checked in 3rd April 2021 and checked out 4th April 2021 2nd stay at The ST. Regis Palm, Dubai Checked in 25th July 2021 and checked out 28th July 2021 Last one at The ritz carlton Bahrain checked out May 8th 2021 You can contact the hotel and check ..
