Product failure – lack of customer support

I purchased the Star Shower Motion Laser Light in December 2019 and used the product successfully for approx. 3 week. Because it was a seasonal item (Christmas), it was returned to storage in its original retail box in working condition. I removed it from storage in December 2020 to place into service, only to find the item did not work. The item was not dropped or otherwise abused. Because the item was "out of the warranty period," BulbHead would offer no compensation or relief, even though the actual useful life of the product was less than 30 days. User's recommendation: Avoid the distributor. Will not stand behind product.
