Prime cancelation
Greetings! I write to you because on 01.08.2021 you took from my card 59.99£ for prime membership that I not use from last year. At 2020 you took from my card another 59.99£ and I try to stop that direct debit but no effect. I dont have it in my direct debit list at my bank application and I dont want to use it for now because is coronavirus and is no point to pay something I not use I cant travel. Can you please stop my direct debit and refund my money for this year. Best regards.
