Need help. I have 4 BUck cherry tickets there not going to be playing

I need a refund on both tickets for but Sherry I went last month it was supposed to play last night they didnt show up this evening Im free this month then Im gonna show up I know Jhosh I know Jhosh Todd and Ghetto be in Indiana on the 20th how do I get my money back for these damn tickets
